Yes, I can confirm this. The bot does work but we get hundreds, sometimes thousands of fake sign ups every day so it has to be used in combination with talking to a BC.Game team member and letting us know you are interested in the VIP transfer.  

Having said that, there are a few things one should consider before transferring VIP status. I'll list some of the pros and cons.


Pros

• Rakeback is activated at VIP level 14(5%)
  and  is maxed out at VIP level 38(15%).

• VIP Level 4 unlocks most basic account functions like rain, tips

Cons

No it's not required to post for 200 days consequently. The total number of count should be 200 that's all.
So even if you miss a day you can chat the next day and still continue to achieve the Talkative medal !
