Hi Zantaraz, to confirm and to minimize miscommunication, are you saying that you also experienced the same issue with your original martingale script? Can you perhaps record a session and send it to us through PM? Our team will review this.

So you write 10x is the wager requirement but actually it's 20x when only 50% of the wager count. You think this is normal?? On no site I ever played I saw something like this. Why would you even write 10x rollover when it's totally not true? I mean we have the proof in black and white now.
By the way, just so you understand how free bets, on any site ever, work. When you get a free bet, you place it, when you win it the money is yours, now wager/rollover or any nonsense. BC didn't get the memo apparently. At least not now, because some months ago that was exactly how you treated free bets as well. Guess with the bonus cuts, the introduction of bonus payments in installations and the loss of your Curacao license changed things.

We can completely understand the misconception that you experienced. Although it sounds to be misleading, we would humbly offer a perspective to clarify that it is a case of misinterpretation. The wagering requirement is 10x, there is no change in that and there is no trick or any hidden agenda.

We would thanking for this chance given to us to explain to our players that wagering requirements are a number that talks in quantity, certain amount that need to be reached for the bonus to be eligible. If we may rephrase the wording a little, the wagering requirement will sounds like,

"To be eligible for the 5.65 BCD bonus, please wager it to 56.5 BCD in sports book to make it accessible", or,
"We are crediting you with 12.35 BCD as a christmas bonus. Please wager them to 123.5 to be eligible.

These two are easy numbers. Of course there are a combination of numbers that are harder to read with all the decimals and positioning of the comma, that make it very prone to be mistyped from our side or misread from the players' side. It will be easier to simplify it by the use of multiplication, like 10 times.
