BC.Game suspended my $741,217.13 . This this the second time in single week. I joined BC on 24/1/2025, On 8th Feb 2025 they suspended my account 30 hours after I withrew wining money. 14th Feb 2025 I lost 500k and then I won back 500k but when I withrew money they suspended again without reason, they just hold it and don't tell me why. It's over 24 hours and don't have any answers for my case.

Ok, I know it's annoying to have this happen to you but you know what's also annoying, people that write complaints here but then don't even bother to update on the situation and just let it open.
You write that you can't withdraw on February 9th, but when checking your screenshot it's evident that you have made 10 withdrawals of a combined 950k$ since February 10th. So why didn't you come back and wrote that it got resolved?
You only come back because a new problem now came up, that's not ok.
This is nothing personal against you, I hope you know that. Just it's not cool to post the bad stuff and even though it got resolved you never followed up on it. That's not how it's supposed to be.

Did you try contacting support ? What did they say ? Can you post your screenshots with the customer support.
You need not worry if you haven't done anything wrong from your side.
May be BC.GAME are taking your account as suspicious due to the higher amounts but I think it will be resolved once you connect with them.

That is a huge amount of winning and withdrawal request, I don't blame the casinos for taking that long to process $600k and 100k requests the guy must be some heavy roller in the industry and large withdrawals of such requires top-level verification processes before being released.


So if a casinos give such a long withdrawal time duration, you should know that their are busy verifying some details to check if the account has violated any of the casino's terms and conditions.

It's a normal things that happen on every casino following big wins. It happened before, and it will happen again next time big win happens.
