i asked why,support told me to do kyc
i did basic verification 3 times but its failed
there is no mentioned reason why its failed they just telling me do it again and again
i dont know what wrong with them, support reply in several hours and they just close it in 5mins if they did not hear back from us

Well, the response given by their rep above, is the result of my discussion with my contact, which I am sure come from a thorough examination and double crosscheck at their initial findings. So... more likely than not, they've cross the T's before sending an instruction to their coworker who handle the support account to write their final ruling.

And a broke casino who still refund an abuser? Well... if they are broke, then at least their ethic is very high.

About the locked withdrawal, I'll inquire to my contact again, ask them to check why it's still locked. Monday. I don't want to disturb them during weekend unless it's something urgent.

The money you've won, is it a life-changing amount or an amount a reputable casino wouldn't pay and get their reputation hurt? I don't think so. A casino, being among the top platforms in the industry, wouldn't risk getting its reputation spoiled for any amount of money, and in your case, I don't think the amount is in the millions or even above $50k or something. Your account wouldn't get locked if you weren't guilty of doing anything, and the best part here is that they are ready to refund the initial deposit, which most casinos wouldn't do if they find someone going against their terms and conditions.

So, whether it was you who did it or it was done by mistake (creating multiple accounts within the same household, same IP address, etc.) but the fact that they are providing you a refund for your initial deposit, you shouldn't be name-calling them like this. If you don't like to gamble with the platform anymore, you can choose another after you get your withdrawal.

Lol, a casino that is broke but it's still running a marketing campaign here on the forum and in several other places and paying their marketing participants here on the forum hundreds, if not thousands of dollars every week.

Come of this and stop being dilusional, if you are at fault or guilty of what you are accused of, simply accept and apologize, maybe you be given a second chance somehow, there is absolutely no need going wild and calling the casino names of saying unfounded stuffs simply because they refused to pay your winnings, by you doing this, we have no choice but to believe that you actually cheated by operating multiple accounts, which you know it's not something any casino smiles at.

Don't be surprised on such newbies who always want that all the community to stand with them even if they are at fault. He has been accused of multiple accounts and he won't accept it. A lot of time the gamblers are at fault but when they are caught, they won't accept their fault and keep on insisting that they are right. I do not know if BC.Game is 100% trusted or not, but i am saying on my experience that 50% of the times, the gamblers complaining aren't speaking the truth.

Well sometimes it is a valid complaint also so it always needs to be researched and checked. And this forum can help in solving a case as some members here have close contacts with the casino and can speed up resolving problems.

BC.Game tracks multiaccounting very closely and you can almost rely on the fact that there has been a violation of the ToS.

Silly question, if someone has an account, forgets password, has no access to email used for registration, is lazy to click on recover password, dont want to bother with all that and creates a new account, or is simply stupid, and make a second account. Is this multiaccounting ?

Previously I have been registering in casinos to test their features, but now I dont even remember login, password and email used. In case I want to return, I will be creating a new account. As I said before, bc.game many time request re-KYC even if your account already full KYC. Even bc.game can reject your KYC if you previously had full KYC with the same identity. Of course we can appeal via email, but this takes weeks and often fails
