I think the term multiaccounting, really differs per casino on how they handle them. But if there is an abuse found for each connected accounts that are found out through a proper investigation, they will have to do the necessary. So most cases that have been found with multiaccounts, probably refers to the bonuses and giveaways that are done per account. This is just a guess from me and I don't know how it goes for most deep reasons that won't be disclosed.

However, if you create umpteen accounts and use them in parallel (free spins, giveaways, etc.), this is referred to as multiaccounting. If you want to be on the safe side, you could of course contact support before creating the second account and ask for the first account to be blocked/deactivated. Yeah, it's best for those that have made accounts years ago and they have become dormant for years to simply contact the support with the account that they have recently made and make it clear that they want to make sure if they're still following the rule or not just for their sake. But if someone has an intention to take advantage of the casinos like bc.game, that's why further investigations are being made and if one is found guilty, that's it, it's the verdict.

Be careful if you request to deactivate your old account through self exclusion since this is the only way you can do it since you might experience trouble when you create new account while having self-excluded account due to the violation of the ToS regarding self exclusion. It’s much better if you have a dormant account that you are not using for a long time then create new account rather than having a self-exclusion/deactivated account.

We have explicitly talked here about situations where the player has lost access to the old account (e-mail address for resetting the password no longer exists or has been forgotten, ...). The poster's fear was that such situations could lead to him being accused of being a multiaccounter. If you have access to one account anyway, I don't see why you should create a second one at all.

If you have access to one account anyway, I don't see why you should create a second one at all.
This situation is very complicated and usually companies don't support it. If your fund is small, forget it and let it go. If your fund is big, you can try to escalate it and wait for their support, but you will have to do more advanced KYC to give the company and its compliance team enough evidence that you are true owner of that account and fund. Losing acces of your email is one of most terrible thing for account recovery. Losing password, losing 2FA are more acceptable mistakes and can more easily get support.

Exactly the point, BC.game has a lot of bonuses limited to newly created accounts which means creating new accounts and claim this bonuses will automatically subject the account to multiple account violations for avoiding bonuses. AFAIK, BC deposit bonuses is automatically applied on first few deposits which means all account already avail this bonuses the moment they created an account so having multiple account will automatically subject to bonus abused.

But here is one thing if his account cross any big vip label then his old account can be very beneficial for him for monthly or weekly bonus so he can recover his old account with valid proof otherwise he should forget it.

If his old account can still be used, he doesn't have to create a new account. That can make casino suspicious and will find the relation both account. That can be a new problem for him especially if he deposit in a large money as the casino will check and make sure anything when he want to withdraw his money. Yes, discussing with the support team will be preferable but unfortunately, there are a differences opinion from the support team. So there will need a standard answer from the casino if members ask to them. It will no problem if their account don't get a hack or other compromised issues. But we don't know what will happen to our old account so that is why we must ask to support system. They don't need to ask users about that because they have all necessary data on accounts so if they see something suspicious as possibly account farms and abusements on their platforms, they will do further investigations. For raw data available by their bots, they can do more in depth manual investigations that can help them confirming about whether it is valid account farm or false positive detection from bots. When their investigations lead to a conclusion that it's a valid account farm, they will take action immediately and only send users announcement on their account bans. After that, users can open support tickets for appeals and it's time for casino to ask about "Whether you have a farm account on our platform". I really don't think there are any casino will proactively ask this question first.

But there is also the issue of when the bookmaker reduces the odds for that specific user, usually because he has won too many bets or something like that. So he ends up choosing to create a new account. But I agree, nothing justifies these account creations and each user's situation should be better analyzed. Everyone can win in this regard.

That happens a lot. People get limited or something and create another account, thinking that they won't get caught, and once they are caught, they possibly get their withdrawals frozen by the casino, they start saying they never had multiple accounts but we know that casinos have data that verifies such users as multi-accounters and then they make their decisions.  Bonus abuses is probably the biggest reason among all for users to create multiple accounts, some might use other devices within the same household, signing up under their own referral think with the hope to make deposits with the other account and get commissions and bonuses for it but they get caught and then they start making excuses. Happens a lot.

But I agree, nothing justifies these account creations and each user's situation should be better analyzed. Everyone can win in this regard.
I believe the ones who are honest should never create multiple accounts at casinos. Most of the ones who are greedy fellows create multiple accounts to get bonuses and that's cheating and abuse of bonus. I guess if someone's main account isn't giving any issues then it's useless to create multiple accounts.
