how good was the stream image quality? i can't really tell from the screenshot alone... it looks kinda blurry and pixelated, but maybe that's just talkimg compression.

don't know if it's only me, but i really don't enjoy watching a game if the broadcast quality is low, it gives me a headache.
still, i guess it's a good way to watch if you don't have access to an official broadcasting channel.

I hope these allegations are supported by evidence, as not everyone in the community is aware of your case. I believe there are those who are interested in following up on the details and what you intend to do. The casino doesn't seem to care about you or your claims and is completely unwilling to communicate despite the seriousness of such a case. Also, not everyone is aware of the documents posted in other boards. I think it would be a good idea to at least link to your post in the Scam Accusations subboard, as these short comments containing only promises are usually unwelcome.

In fairness his case supporting with evidence although he is proven violated the ToS as per reading @holydarkness assessment on his case that we can find on his scam accusation thread.

I believe BC is doing some move to avoid legal issue since they knew that their ToS will not completely protect them on a trial court that always in favor to players if his attorney will just point out that the casino ToS is not fair.

It’s important to know that this user commit violation that cause issue on his account which is backed by evidence as per holydarkness.

I suggest you to give us more info. Show us screenshot of a deposit address that is given you on bc.game. Otherwise screenshot you have provided above is just a screenshot of a transaction you have made to somewhere. Is it possible you have sent your funds to wrong address?

Btw what this screenshot suppose to show? How old is it? Because https://etherscan.io/address/0xff5F3443e6905CB73e27be4e9Eef2889312b96Fa shows that your balance is zero, and you have successfully deposited to bc.game before and moved all money there.

My bad, thought that 0xff5F3443e6905CB73e27be4e9Eef2889312b96Fa was your address that you have made a deposit from. Then why dont you add screenshots with support conversation? Have you tried contacting their support by email? Sometimes it helps more than live support who are limited with with rights and are often info intermediaries if case isnt standard.

Maybe a system bug or security triggered freeze? Usually it takes minutes for deposit to appear after confirmation, but your case last for days... Try checking your email, maybe you've got an email from them, but you have missed that. For example request for KYC, and they dont add deposit until you pass it. Anyway, the more info you give, the easier it will be to find a collective solution or explanation.

Never reached the wagering requirements of the bonus and can only reach 30% after that the bonus balance runs out in the slot game. 720P quality for real? I do watch stream on Stake but the quality is very low which I think just 480P.

I thought Stake offer the best quality on stream but that 720P sounds a very good deal to watch and bet on NBA games. My subscription is already expired last but I don’t want to subscribe again since only few games remaining.

i have a 1440p monitor, so the stream looked really bad on fullscreen, but picture in picture mode doesn't look so bad if you make it smaller and put it in the corner of your screen.
the language of those streams is so random too, the Man City vs Wydad one was in Turkish or maybe Norwegians, idk.

overall, they are good if you just want to keep track of how the game is going for your live bets to see how each team is playing, but it's not fun to watch.
