Well, I can't give rating of how secure and/or recommended this casino or other casinos are, as I am just a nobody with no knowledge worthy enough to pass a judgement or give a rating to a casino. All I can say is this casino provides me with several contacts from several divisions, of where I reach and "assign" a case as I see fits [for example someone from FIAT will clearly handle deposit dispute, a KYC case will come to compliance, etc.] that are reachable and responsive.

Yes, some of them are slow in responding sometimes, but I also do know most of them [especially the one that I "assign" most disputes] bring their work home. Bed even. They still reply to me and went AWOL mid-conversation, and explained the next day that they fell asleep.

Signature campaign has ended, but I still see their banners on different crypto related news pages. I think signature campaign has ended because planned budget has ended. Because at first weekly payment and number of participants was greater than at the moment when campaign has ended.

You are absolutely right that everything has an end and promotions and marketing have time frame, between that also we have seen some companies that have build a lot of presence and big community based having this long terms mindset and decide to not go off the scene that their already spent so much money to build, bc.game have been around this forum for quite a long time with their promotion, and now the best it goodby just a week and their ads are no longer visible, for a big campaign like that, it make no much sense to me if the company have the revenue to continue why not but not mandatory because their may have other aspects to concentrate on.

Well, but for now it maintains its good reputation. We have the opposite case, freebitco.in, which maintains its presence in the forum because there is an active thread, but it has an active newbie warning flag against the creator. This means that even unregistered users can see that it is accused of being a scam. And registered users, apart from the flag, can see the red tags. In my case, I played for a few weeks on BC.GAME and didn't notice anything strange or unusual happen to me.

It is good for casinos to remain active and track feedback from gamblers from any platform that they could come from. BC.game is a great casino, they invested a lot in this forum. Signature campaign,  contests, giveaways,  etc. I participated in all of them. They even sponsored my domain for a few months.

Maybe they are just trying other marketing approaches for some time. They will always be welcome here in the forum, as they sre a great casino and have so many reviews.

With the major problems that had previously arisen and the apparent connection between the two, the situation was clearly difficult.
However, it cannot be denied that they still exist, showing that they may have their own customers, but for the forum it is clearly difficult because their reputation is not very good, which naturally leads to mistrust, so the forum may not accept them for that reason.


Currently, they are still exploring the world of soccer as sponsors because Serie A seems comfortable continuing its partnership with them.
However, for those of us in the forum, it seems we will look for other sites that are more comfortable and more controllable in terms of trust.

Their signature campaign always come and go but in long term with or without scam accusation.

It’s normal for business to evaluate the marketing result since they are spending huge amount of money here for many years. I’m optimistic that they will return again soon since they are already heavily invested on forum marketing.
