Either you have to talk with your local agent or have to replace them unless you solve such issues. We aren't sure if they are willingly doing this or if this is a mistake on their end. I have written a couple of times regarding those fiat issues. You must take it seriously and solve agent issues.

Whatever reasons for this issue, they must resolve it well as soon as possible, and if they think that in short period, they can not handle it well, pausing that feature is better than providing unseamless feature for their customers. Complaints, scam accusations are only harmful for their business brand and reputation which is not unnecessarily.

For real, they still accept this fist currency while there’s a lot of user already experiencing same issue over and over about not credited deposits and processed withdrawal.

Obviously, there’s a problem on their fiat bank account yet they don’t want to halt this feature to provide a fixed first and minimize the affected user.

They perhaps think that if they pause this deposit and withdrawal gate, it will affect their business so even they knew of the issue that was not fixed too well, they still let it opens for users to use. It is possibly their intention to provide what wanted by users, but by providing unsmooth feature for deposit and withdrawal, it brings kind of adverse effects for BC.Game.

I want to ask, have you noticed another fiat withdrawal issue on the scam accusation board? If not, then you must notice that and move forward to solve the fiat issues. The withdrawal seems successful on your user dashboard, but the user hasn't received it in his bank account. That means it's your local fiat agent has issues like before. You have to cross-check the issue with the local fiat agent and solve this.

I confirm this, and it can be said that it is not accidental.
For some other reasons, I have been following their sub on Reddit for a while. It is quite neglected, plus there are regularly accusations of withdrawal marked as successful even though it is not, or even of not adding a deposit.
Support seems to be nonexistent.

A friend of mine had this same issue with this casino some weeks back, though it was later resolved, but my friend had to borrow money to sort out the issue he intended sorting out with the money he was withdrawing from this casino..

He requested a withdrawal in Fiat, the withdrawal was marked as successful but he waited several hours and the money did not arrive on his account, he later contacted customer care and it took them over 4 hours to respond, long story short, the matter was later resolved in 4 days and this left my guys absolutely disappointed that he swore never to gamble on this casino again, according to him, the casino disappointed him at a crucial time and if not that he had a means of borrowing, a lot of things could have gone wrong with what he urgently needed that money to sort.

Exactly what I’m assuming about this problem that can have a temporary fixed by removing it. I’m playing on BC with fiat before and I knew that they usually suspend their fiat account if there’s a problem on it since it’s visible on the choices for choosing fiat bank account to transaction.

I’m confused why they are not doing it now why they can apply it before? In my case, they have multiple account option for PHP fiat deposit which means I can still deposit using other option that is not yet suspended.

Weren't they were active on their chat support? I think this kind of problem should be resolved as this is one of the crucial things the players looks at, though if I am not mistaken it's the problem of a 3rd party service? Please correct me if I'm wrong. The forum is a big help to reach out to them but they're not active here for quite some time and it's true that if this wasn't resolve immediately it would hurt their reputation and the trust they've built here in our community.

This is an issue that will be looked by the support which cannot be here. That's not true, no.
Representatives of the casinos in question are always active in the scam accusation threads and very often help to resolve the cases. Either by intervening directly in the support ticket or at least informing the thread creator about the progress and, if necessary, intervening if the support is too slow or unwilling to help.

There are also countless examples where, after months of disputes with support, a thread in Scam Accusations has led to the case being resolved. So the casinos are very keen to monitor the threads here and help the
Bitcointalk community.

That's not true, no.
Representatives of the casinos in question are always active in the scam accusation threads and very often help to resolve the cases. Either by intervening directly in the support ticket or at least informing the thread creator about the progress and, if necessary, intervening if the support is too slow or unwilling to help.

Sorry, but you are wrong on this one actually. Take a quick look in the scam accusation section. Only on page 1 there are a whopping 15 complaint threads about BC, that is a lot. And most of them are from Indian guys having issues with fiat deposits and withdrawals.
They are having serious issues in this area which is very concerning and certainly not a good look -> bad for the reputation.
Also, BC reps are not up to the task on this one, only user holydarkness (who is not affiliated with the site) is actually trying to get those issues resolved by speaking with BC support guys.
BC unfortunately has a history of bad customer support, that was one of the many reasons I left the site despite having a fairly high VIP level.

Are you for real? Do you know how many issues the forum has resolved. Many people came here only to resolve their problem and left. Probably they were told by someone to come here to resolve the issue and they came here. Even the forum didn't directly resolved the issue, the forum plays the highest role on that. The representative of the said Casino would contact the support team to facilitate the process. Or other users would volunteer themselves to contact the casino representative or the support about the case to solve the issue. This forum has resolved many cases.

The statement I quoted generally implied that the representatives of the various casinos do not care about the concerns of the community here, and that is definitely not true, neither in the threads of the individual casinos nor in the Scam Accusation board.

BC.Game support has also posted a few comments above our discussion explaining why the account has been offline for some time, so it is quite possible that "official" responses will soon be posted in the threads you mentioned.

The statement I quoted generally implied that the representatives of the various casinos do not care about the concerns of the community here, and that is definitely not true, neither in the threads of the individual casinos nor in the Scam Accusation board.

BC.Game support has also posted a few comments above our discussion explaining why the account has been offline for some time, so it is quite possible that "official" responses will soon be posted in the threads you mentioned.

Since BC actively campaigns here, casino representatives should actively address issues, even if they aren't just problem solvers, but rather forwarders.

What's happening right now is an INR payment processing outage with no legitimate explanation, while new accusations are being posted daily. This means their expensive marketing efforts are being countered by threads on scam board (which can be posted for free) that could have been mitigated by having active representatives.

If in the end the thinking of the site is like this then at least there must be one who is active in the forum even if not every day but at least every few days so that it can be checked to minimize the possibility of problems that are difficult to unravel and solve.

You mean someone like @holydarkness, for example? He does a great job on the Scam Accusations Board and has already helped a lot of people here through his contacts, so he's a great asset to both the casino and the community here.

Such direct contacts in the Bitcointalk community, who have very good contacts with casino support, are certainly desirable for other platforms as well.

However, in my opinion, it would be much better if the respective casino account took care of the concerns directly and there was no need to resort to other posters. The casino account can act as a direct representative and does not have to build up its reputation first... and is ultimately paid to do its job.

You gave the best example of such member who's @Holydarkness, he has been doing quite well for the community by directly keeping contact with casinos and their representatives and if such a members get hired by casinos as their 2nd representative on this forum then that could help such casinos to solve it's users issues very easily.

I know that each casino has their own direct representative but those representatives are often part of the casinos internal team and thus they might have to do other tasks in a casino but when a casino hires someone from the forum as their 2nd representative then that will be helpful for the users of the casinos as their problems get sort out and at the same time that will be helpful for the casino to improve their reputation.
