The email you received looks suspicious indeed, as I myself always receive email promotions sent from <info@bc.game> this appears to be a legitimate email compared to the BC.game email you shared.

Fortunately, BC.Game has verified whether the email can be trusted or not, now it is clear that it is an official email even though it is shared in French.

Every time you receive an email or any mirror site for BC.Game must be verified first.

Where there is usually problem is withdrawal so I'm surprised to see your case. From your post, you made several deposits and none was credited, why did you continue to make more deposits without getting the first one resolved? What is your motivation because I can't imagine making four to five consecutive deposits where none have been credited to my account. It appear there may be something wrong from your end in terms of the payment gateway or choosing the right account to pay into since your deposit was in fiat.

Looks like you haven’t explored the scam accusations board here on bitcointalk yet. If you check that section, you’ll see plenty of threads about deposits not being credited.
The good thing is that most of these cases eventually get resolved, and when they don’t the issue is usually with the payment gateway or a third-party/middleman, not necessarily the casino itself.
This problem also happen more often with Indian users, likely due to INR payment processors. Based on the currency mentioned, I assume this is also the case for the user who posted this.
