This is just my assumption. It also seems to affect your local currency because there have been many cases in the past that have dragged players from the same region (India) into a similar position, although more complaints about withdrawals.

This may also be the case for you because since the last few weeks and even months there have been many complaints about the local currency for your region.

I remember this issue before, so I don’t really get why users are still forcing themselves to deposit fiat when they’ve already heard about the fiat deposit problems. The thing is, the issue isn’t really fiat deposits as a whole, because in my case, being from the Philippines, I’ve never experienced any problem with fiat deposits at all. Everything is still as instant as before, even withdrawals.

Doesn't this also suggest that they do not want the cases to be solved or maybe they only want the casino to gain benefit in all cases. The only reason i feel that they stopped holydarkness from helping in resolving cases is that they want to handle cases by their own will and thats why you remove a thrid party from the this and take everything internally.

Anyways i don't see any positive intention by bc.game from this move.

It’s really the casino’s prerogative whether they continue or not. The thing is, it’s also risky to rely on a third party to communicate on their behalf, especially since they don’t personally know the users. Maybe they realized it’s better to handle things themselves. Anyone representing the company should ideally be an actual employee, so they can be held accountable if there’s a wrong interpretation or statement that could hurt the casino’s reputation. I guess that’s why third parties won’t step in, and for now all we can really do is wait for their response on the specific concerns.

I wouldn't consider the KYC cases to be confirmed scam attempts either... BC.Game doesn't require KYC from its customers for fun, but is forced to do so by the various licenses the site holds. How is it possible that one asks for KYC all the time while the other one rarely asks for KYC? I’ve actually never unsubscribed from promo emails myself. Can I ask what made you unsubscribe in the first place, and then subscribe again later? That’s honestly the first time I’ve seen a user do that. Usually when someone unsubscribes, it feels like they’re done with the casino for good.

It’s actually not that rare. You can think of it like self-exclusion, and that’s even worse since you completely lose access to the casino. Sometimes it makes sense that if you’re not using a casino for a while, you turn off the notifications so you’re not tempted. Or if you move to a new one, you only want to receive emails from that casino instead. That way, the emails you get are only the ones that are actually relevant to you.

I don't know, I never really unsubscribed from casinos that I haven't opened in a long time. I still receive promotional emails or updates from those casinos. Like from BC, which at the beginning of the year was still sending welcome back promo emails. All their users must have experienced the same thing as you, maybe about two weeks ago I got 2x in a short time but that was after several months of never getting their bonus code.
So it seems like they're sent randomly, no one knows when BC.Game will send them, as the casino probably knows best.

I'm not a higher VIP rank user at BCgame. AFAIK, no other casino gives the weekly and monthly bonuses to the inactive users. I just checked the article about weekly and monthly bonuses from BCgame help centre and found this information:

Looks like they have a high requirement to be eligible for the monthly bonus. Where the requirement for the weekly bonus is standard. You won't receive the bonuses without completing those wgaering requirements in each weekly or monthly bonus period. They don't offer the subscription bonus.

The email addres that is registered on bc.game is my main address so there is no danger of missing the promotions when (if) they start comming. Just hope that they will not be recognized as spam...
