I think if that's what the support keeps on telling you, they have conclude that but there could be a miscalculation too but we can't understand what's happening with that conversation and to you.

I deposited $180 and received the sports deposit bonus in the amount of $210.
I place a bet with the total amount of $390 on a sports parlay with 5.78 odds and win a total of $2280.
I decide to cancel my bonus because of some ridiculous bonus terms (The maximum amount that can be unlocked from the bonus cannot exceed 200% of the bonus amount. Any excess will be forfeited.).
After cancelling the bonus I only end up with the initial $180 in my balance instead of the ~$1000 I should have received (total bet win minus the ratio of the deposit to bonus).

Imho everything is right. If you cancel your bonus, you also cancel all the best and achievements you have gotten. Why do you think you deserve ~1000 bucks reward? Anyway, take a look into your bet history. The bet you have won is still there and has status of finished or settled? I have a universal and most helpful answer for your - what is written in their ToS, in bonus section? I think your will find a solution there.
