Well said. This is what I suggested in my earlier post too. @gh0573d would probably be willing to negotiate some sort of offer, but the problem here is that BC.Game isn't willing to and don't mind taking a hit to their reputation.

While they were busy trying to get their name cleared in Curacao, we've been able to uncover another fraud attempt by them. Together with the firm previously representing them (Zlattorneys) they have "drafted and signed" sales agreement, which was backdated to the appropriate time in past (for them). Stupidly enough, their lawyer failed in evidence fabrication and actually wrote that sales agreement in their bankruptcy appeal directly, giving us yet another reason to fight even further.

Criminal charges are getting worse for all their entities every day that passes by.

This is the previous problem of this casino until all the active cases with basis pile up to them. It’s strategically good for them to stay silent while they have strong marketing presence here since few scam accusation will not hurt their reputation.

If I'm not mistaken in my experience, the bonuses you get seem to depend on how often you deposit and other things that would qualify you for a bonus.

I read the full case about this user including @holydarkness investigation. BC.game has solid grounds to confiscate user profit based on their ToS but the trial court solve cases in different way which includes different considerations to protect the consumer against big business.

Probably, BC knew they are losing the legal battle so they resort to this tactics. But as an observer, they both merit on this case so it’s hard to give a firm opinion because the money involved is huge and won in a fair game.
