You may not get BTC seller for Zelle/QuickPay. There are 2 reasons:
1. There might have only few users of Zelle/QuickPay. And/or
2. You have 2 active loans.

2. You have 2 active loans.

Understand #1 but why would #2 preclude me from buying Bitcoin... Huh??

For 2 I am not sure too. It can be applicable only if the payment is reversible. If payment is not reversible then it should not be happened any problem.

For 2 I am not sure too. It can be applicable only if the payment is reversible. If payment is not reversible then it should not be happened any problem.

Well I've been buying for PayPal and taking loans on here for years with all positive feedback...

Usually people do not take paypal if there is active loan. Also do not give loan if there is active loan. As you told it is exceptional for you. Have a good trade.
