Why do you participant in Airdrops?

I never follow Airdrop because I think it's just a wasted time, I prefer to invest and look for a really good ico, or invest in the top 100 altcoins

Airdrops - it's shit. Only those who has too much free time and who does not have his own money for investments can do seriously this. I do not think that this is thing which can give you something to earn.

My reason for participating in Airdrops is only about free tokens. I know most of the airdrops tokens are useless which never launch or worth, but in 90% airdrops there are 10% airdrops which launch and give nice amount. I have total 600+ airdrops tokens, in which approx. 30 tokens are launch with good value. These 30 tokens gave me about $4000+ and still counting.

for myself, I rarely follow the Airdrop bounty because there are quite a few gifts that we can get while following airdrop and not necessarily in the coin market or token that is given.

I participate in airdrops because it's free money. I never say no to free money. Sometimes airdrops are worth something and usually they're worthless but i'm not losing anything but a little time and I'm always short on money. As long as airdrops aren't scams it's usually worth trying to collect them but they're like ICOs. They used to be very profitable but once scammers came it all ended.

Exactly for free tokens , and i think there is no problem in participating in airdrops as long as you do not invest money in it. Because most airdrops make donations for them to develop their coins succesfully and make their coins listed in exchanges. I have been participating in most airdrops last year and some coins that i received from the airdrops has high value and i gain profits from it immediately after selling it in exchanges.

I used to but not anymore, it's newbie stuff, for all those who cannot participate in bounty campaign, with a good project, I thought it should be the other way around, it should hold value because they can gain a lot of supporters easily but that's not what happening.

Most people participate in airdrops because it is one of the avenues for earning cryptocurrencies - mostly for free. However, recent airdrops seems to be 80% fake with no payment. Recent airdrops have become an avenue for projects to fill up their telegram pages without the participants receiving any reward in the end. This has dwindled the interest of most people in participating in airdrops.

maybe those who joined airdrop for hoping this would be same as 2017's airdrop which would provide a lot of income but I thought it was just a dream because airdrop now only gave a few coins even only $ 5 but I personally have never joined airdrop

I think it's just for fun, cause sometimes when we get a good project, the coins that we get from an airdrop is worth something.

Just like what you said, joining an airdrop is just one way of gaining some free coins/tokens. even though it isn't much but sometimes from having that tokens could also give me a way to know more about the project and then i could make an investment based on the airdrop that i get.

Just like what have you said, Obviously for the free tokens money. Airdrops is the easiest way to earn free money. We just fill the form and do some easy task from the developer. For now, many airdrops just worth for penny. That's why many people using multi-account to get more airdrop tokens/coins...

I rarely participated in airdrop, but sometime I do and the main reason is because the dev launch both bounty and airdrop, so if I follow their bounty, I will join their airdrop too as an addition for my bounty rewards. Why I participate in their bounty? Because I rate their project as a good project.

You sound like you have escaped from lot of time wasting campaigns. Because, I have read many people are sharing like they are not making any big returns by participating in to airdrops. Most of the airdrops are just wasting our efforts. People are saying that they are not getting any big reward from airdrops which will be covering the fees, required for moving the coins to exchange at least.

Airdrop seems to be of cheaters now. It's not worthy to join anymore. Don't try to participate in airdrops because you will receive almost valueless coins or can not deposit into exchange.

I participate because it is by far the easiest way to earn some crypto from that project. Usually it is a few very simple tasks such as like their page and join their Telegram.

Sometimes I do not have time to be involved in bounties consistently.

But I'm sure you will never find any big reward out of free giveaway. This is how airdrops are working. When something is available for free of cost and free of efforts then it will be worth nothing. There are few exceptions but to find that exceptions we do not need to spend long hours. Because, the reward for your long hours spending might not be matching at any point of time.

Yes, majority of airdrops are just a waste of time. And some of them are pure scam. But sometimes we can get some interesting exceptions like Ontology. I have sold my ONT airdrop for about $5k and it wasn't even the best price. So, some times it pays you out for spending your time on such things.
