You can look for them directly in Youtube atleast in that way you won't be message by newbie ranking members here trying to do the review for you which I doubt they even have a good amount of subscribers under their channel. I know a lot of companies are doing that were they go directly to the Youtuber itself and try to negotiate the terms with them. Try searching for ICO reviews and Youtube and look for active channels you will most likely find one who is willing to get paid in exchange for reviewing your cryptocurrency.

LOL. That price is very attractive but as @stomachgrowls said, this is a recipe for disaster as newbie will flock into this thread so expect your email to explode trying to get the job. So just be careful in your selection process and pick the best one. Best of luck.
