True it's more a sort of a round fee. Anyway, PVP modes aren't meaningless. In fact its the opposite. You can never be sure with the dice PvP whether the house is using smurf/fake accounts to play against their own players. The server seed is set by the house even if its a PVP dice match. What's stopping the house to create a fake account and use the inside knowledge to win over the players? The short answer is a player will have to trust the house that they won't screw him over. Our Lotto uses a unique Provable Fair method which literally gives us no advantage over the players even if we were to participate in the round.

1% Round fee is quite different from a 1% house edge. The house isn't even involved in selecting the server seed. Read the FAQs to understand more.

Let see this way, there is only need to be 2 or may be 5 players around which is one of them will win it, so anyone will wim the prize. Yes, the 5th Prize is 100% of ticket price but what I fail to understand is how it can be manipulative? Also, the XXX marks mean the ticket hasn't been bought/given out yet. The tickets which have been bought do appear on the public list.
