The private key system used is whether it must be regenerated to gain access to the platform or signup using email and the platform provides a private key.

the dex is a hybrid solution. for example crypto to crypto transfers (where the crypto being transferred to and from uses a blockchain that supports smart contracts) will be decentralised. Crypto that do not support smart contracts (i.e. BTC and BCH) as well as fiat transfers will be centralised in nature as well as over the counter purchases. In these instances, the platform will provide the private keys however the user can elect to have the platform associate their username profile to the keys or to keep a local copy themselves (thus expunging any instances of it in cloverdex systems - please note that in this instance, cloverdex cannot assist users who have lost their private keys).

to gain access to the platform, at a minimum 2 factor authentication will be used (both sms and google 2fa). as well as email and password. We can't divulge in detail all our security checks, however we will use a level of machine learning that will automatically flag suspicious account activity (i.e. region checks etc).

This solution ensures that liquidity is always high, and we are able to offer the most competitive price in the market.

hello bitkocha, The terms of the use are currently still being worked with our payment processor, however all we can say at this point is that it will be very competitive. Regarding the monthly fee, we are looking at ways to not have a fee, however it may be the decision that users who have a certain amount of CLDX tokens in their wallet will also gain free monthly fees.

In terms of the interest, as this is a debit card, there is not interest on the principal per month.

Liquidity will be tackled across a number of fronts. A major feature will be the ability to connect to other external exchanges to increase liquidity. In instances where the internal trade engine cannot find a suitable trade, the sell/buy request will be referred to our external trading engine which will identify best prices across other exchanges and make the trade (via their api's). From a user perspective, this is all in the background and they will not see any difference in the user experience.

Our exchange with also have social copy trade features which will also assist with increasing volume and liquidity.

That is true. sorry about the late response, have been busy with developers and the ICO. We believe that a lean team (especially one that is high performing) is much more effective then a large team. the development side of things are going as planned and we have engaged a number of contractors at this current time.

ICO is needed for the initial funding of the project. we can't stop dumping of price, however we have employed a number of strategies to in terms of token distribution to ensure the tokens are disrtibuted to a varied and large number of people. These strategies include airdrops and bounty programs. This aims to ensure that no single group of people or person has too much of the tokens that will allow for market manipulation. Please also note that team tokens will be vested over a number of years. Trust us when we say that this is not a short term project for us. We are in it for the long haul.

Am very happy to see an active admin member of an ICO on this forum after a long time, the trend has challenge since the advent of telegram and have posted on different occasions on taking the advantage of this forum again on ICO.
