There are so many factors that make crypto price going up or down, but I am not trying to spread FUD or anything but the All-Time High on 2017 is definitely a bubble, the cryptocurrency, and ICO were getting over hyped that investor and money grabber developer feed their greed, and then after the end of the hyped. Booom those all were falling. I don't think we can get back to that fake glory but I think crypto will still be around and bull-run will happen soon, but still not going back to its all-time high

It's better you search for yourself because we don't know the truth. Some say it because a bubble, the other says it's because of the FUD and many others. But it is difficult to get back to the ATH in the short-term because bitcoin is not increasing so high and bitcoin price does not make a rally to the higher price as we see in 2017.
