Well, as I understood it was founded by the creator of bitcoin. To whom I belong now, I do not know. After all, it could be sold and resold hundreds of times. No one really know who is satoshi,he is in offline for too long so the administrator needs to take care of everything but I never found any word from theymos stated that he is owning the forum.

Who knows maybe theymos can be satoshi too.

That is a bit strange for most of the people here including me, if satoshi was the creator of this forum why he is no more active and secondly why do not the current admins come in front i mean they should be more vocal in social media, youtube and also should represent their platform at crypto conferences around the world, this anonymity does make things very curious for the community.

As far as I know, this forum was created by Satoshi Nakamoto, at the time when he started developing Bitcoin and actively communicated with his assistants, but now this forum is completely in the hands of Teymos and his closest associates. It is he who controls this forum now for a long time.

I think that Themos from the beginning was admin of Bitcointalk. Satoshi is here as a founder.
In addition to the two you mentioned (Themos and Cyrus) - If I remember correctly, BadBear was also an admin before, but recently he is not very active here.

Satoshi nakamoto was the creator of this forum till he went into hiding now this forum is simply been managed by other mods.. who may have links to satoshi.. still no one knows their identity outside of this forum
