Yes, it's the right time, here in my country; it was really hard for some people to accept bitcoin as currency when it was newly introduced, because of their different opinion, many are not interested because it is not paper note their are used to, while some sets of people believed ,it's only made for those that do trade with foreign companies, but as time goes on, few started to give it a try,

Despite the popularity of bitcoin in the developed countries, there are still some country and individuals who are still left behind, and I believed it is the right time to let them know more about bitcoin.

Well, you got a point here but on the other hand if they understand the basic things about cryptocurrency or bitcoin, they might also take it as an advantage cuz prices are very low nowadays. I believe that every moment is a right time to explain bitcoin to others. In the end its their own decision to believe in crypto or not..

it is very difficult to explain bitcoin to other people or lay people who do not know bitcoin because in my country bitcoin has not been fully recognized by the government as the applicable currency so it is very difficult to explain

If you want to talk about the price, fine, but if I want to get people interested in bitcoin I would talk about its properties and its advantages over other assets. the explanation about bitcoin can be very fast when using social media, this will have a chain effect but if the environment around maybe an explanation through a proof of success is enough to explain everything, about when we do it then all the time we use bitcoin for each transaction we represent everything, because bitcoin is a currency that will be very useful for future trade.

If you explain to people correctly, then no one will think that this is a scam. When people ask me, I usually say that Bitcoin is now at its minimum, growth will definitely be, but a little later, because after the fall, there is always a price increase. If you invest now, then most likely there will be a profit a little later.

This is my 4th year in the cryptocurrency market, there are now many people who entered to the market because I help them to know what is the purpose and function of cryptocurrencies. I think Depending on the person the time will vary because majority of people tends to make assumptions by looking at others or according to the trend but some make radical decisions by learning and researching thoroughly so if you spread the word about bitcoin certain percentage might understand and invest but others will deny at once by looking and considering about news from media and governments and that is why it always depends on the person than the time

If you have knowledge about trading, you will probably do what you want, to tell your closest friends or people that bitcoin has a very good future for everyone, because Bitcoin still has a price of 3645 dollars, if you compare prices in 2013 / 14 was very low last year, if you can be patient for the next few years, chances are you will see the biggest price of bitcoin in the coming year ...

The right time to explain bitcoin is that this is digital money, because there are many wrong perceptions about bitcoin where many think this is a scam.
The very high price of bitcoin in 2017 makes people interested, but also many are afraid that this is just ponzi.
Now it must be explained in real terms that bitcoin is real where it can be used for investment and trading.

Yes of course everyday and every time is the time to explain what is bitcoin and before of that because of the dumping or falling of the value of bitcoin you should also explain on what happening on the market for them to understand  well why it is happening. And for the addition always tell them that they need also to make their own research for their additional knowledge and to expound what they know.
