Antminer L3+ Not mining

So I'm trying to just mine some alt coins with this ASIC and up until recently it was mining no problem, day in and day out. Then I look at my dashboard at prohashing and it shows "needs more shares" and then I go to my miner on my network and it pops up with this error. Any help on fixing it?

Looks like you stopped getting work.  Check your internet connection.  Check that the pool isn't down.  Check that your miner is still on your local network.  Restart your miner after completely powering it down.

Next, I would go into the https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=160.0 section and post this, so that someone with experience mining LTC can assist you.

As ognasty has already stated but you might also want to try switching the ethernet cable if you have a spare and starting the miner again... Try pinging the pool and try pinging Google from something connected to the same network to make sure it's not your Internet.

They are right, the person that experienced the same problem and found a solution will be able to help you.
