There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

I gone through the whole matter twice but didn't get the idea of what is he asking for is he trying to sell the rigs for 750$ as mentioned or is he trying to find someone test his rigs  Grin

If you can build them efficiently and sell them for a profit, that's the way to go.
