Looking at your feedback rating I will not feel comfortable to trade with you however since you are looking for Paypal in exchange of BTC my guess is the risk is less only if you send BTC first. Although if you do not send BTC then the paypal sending can clam for a reverse back.

For safety of both party I would suggest to use a third party escrow.

Or here is an idea I would do: I would ask to create a 2/2 multisig wallet.

You will hold one key and me another one.
Send the BTC to the multiSig wallet.
Me the Paypal sender will send Paypal to you.
We both send the BTC balance to my personal wallet from the multiSig wallet.

Scammer (as on scam accusation created) and scam accusation creator both already received negative trust. So, do not need to justify either that is perfect/right or not. And the post was created almost 3 years ago (2 years and 6 months.)

You can easily transfer the paypal balance to other account then leave the first paypal with negative balance unless you send BTC first then its good to go.

Paypal can be reversed either that is send as friend and family, goods, service, payment, gift or anything else. You cant avoid to reverse by taking it as specific method or way.
