I recommend you to DYOR Rate3 (RTE) project.

It's already listed @ Huobi&Bibox exchanges. Team said that they're looking for new exchanges.

Marketcap is only 1.9 millions and 90% of total tokens are in circulation already

Project has 4 testnets already online. There's big updates like new roadmap this week

Team had one product release (beta) today, see it @ istablecoin.io - there are many major iost's ecosystem dApps that will integrate that.

Team made also ratex.co plugin that can be used to pay @ Amazon&eBay to pay with cryptocurrencies soon and that is really big deal IMO .
They are also winners of Singapore's Ethereum hackathon - and part of PayPal incubator program

Github is active for project and updated almost daily - quality is good too, see https://github.com/rate-engineering/

Token utilities are also good:

1. Payment for Cross-Chain Swaps
2. Governance options
3. Asset staking   Cool Cool Cool Cool Cool
4. Payment for Minting & Burning of Tokenized Assets
5. Identity Creation

This project is at early stage. But i see a lot of upside potential for token price. Do you?

This is currently a lot below ICO price in ETH value.

Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

There are so many cool projects that have low market cappitalization, that doesn´t mean anything, only that if they become popular price probably will grow more.

Next good low market cap coins are: Lhcoin, Moneytoken, COSS - if you see their market cap, you will see that they have so low market cap, but we can´t predict the future grow  Roll Eyes.

The problem is that most of them are not willing to be popular or they don't have enough funds to get popular or maybe they don't have a very good management team that can come up with a very good strategy that will enable them to create a hype in the crypto space. The crypto space is filled with competition and the only way to attract a lot of users to your project is by creating an hype about the project to shit users attention.
