如题，公司内部用的代币，做一些子公司之间的抵顶和人员的奖惩，如果出现了挖矿还有收益，那帐就不好拉平。
另外交易的手续费能设置为零么？

建议基于EOS搭建，配置21个节点，每个子公司都配置上，不用挖矿费电
