The escrow should not charge that much. I know DarkStar_ will charge you 0.00005BTC or so. There are many escrows who won't charge you more than 0.001BTC

In order to be paid out a user must be a verified seller. Sellers are paid out on a weekly basis and can choose between Paxum or Dwolla (U.S. Only).

They clearly state in the article you have posted in OP that every payment is check manually by their admin. Dont you think it is going to seem strange that someone just opened an account and got paid for basically nothing? Since I guess absolutely no one is actually going to create an account and also do videochat, even if it's for 2 minutes.
This whole things isn't worth the risk even if you offer the full 80$ or more. You have to offer full details about the job and be sure about it. How can you be so sure admin are going to accept the withdraw request since the account is new and just received credits for nothing?
