This is possible. Though I wouldn't expect it to be this year. Now a lot of people have lost confidence and invest with caution. That's why we won't see crazy rallies as before. In my opinion, it will rise but more steady.
People already learn from the previous burst and this is why its hard to break the resistance but I believe it will continue move forward until one day, we will just wake up on a higher price of bitcoin, everything is possible.
You gonna be right, but we don't need to much expectations and to aim for a high price cause it absolutely we don't know. In fact, even the price isn't that showing aggressiveness but it still can manage to hold above $3000 which is good enough to think that sooner Bitcoin will soar high again.
Keep moving and enjoy the moment while isn't expensive.
