On my list not only Users that i have given or got Feedback !

All the Users on my list are there because i trust them and have helped them or they was helping me  !

No more and no less

Your trust list isn't for people you trust or have helped you, but rather for people who you trust to leave accurate trust feedback and maintain good trust lists. You can keep them in your trust list if you want, but to the outside world, it seems that you've added quite a few users to your list to boost your own trust score.

taikuri13 has helped me with scam investigations and translations. I've removed some of the feedback that I had on some inactive members since they don't use this site much anyway..

Fair enough, thanks for reviewing your trust list. I removed them from my suggested potential exclusions since it seems appear that they don't fully understand how trust lists work instead of possibly doing something malicious.

I agree - that is why I said "to the outside world". My guess was that you weren't fully understanding how a trust list works and what it should be used for.

Currently, you have 4 people on your trust list who have empty trust lists and have only left one positive feedback, which was to you. You can't really argue that putting them on DT2 has another purpose other then increasing your own trust score at the moment.

It's perfectly fine to add people who have left you positive trust to your trust list, but putting them on DT2 should have some other purpose other than increasing your own trust. For example, I added Avirunes to my trust list. They left me positive feedback, but they've also done a lot of helpful investigation work and have left many accurate trust feedbacks to others.

Note: This is just my opinion on what DT1 should be doing/general ethics. Others may disagree, and AFAIK there is no official forum policy.

I agree with you 100%. It's simply about good ethics and good morals above all, IMO.  Wink

I concur. We also need to keep in mind that theymos is taking a more hands-off approach AND expanding DT1 at the same time so I think there is more emphasis on the community maintaining sanity in DT.

From list of new DT members, here are some people who I think should be excluded:
lovesmayfamilis - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1982152 | added by ICOEthics, only trust feedback left is to ICOEthics and Coolcryptovator

I was wondering to ask ICOEthics for remove lovesmayfamilis from DT2. But seems he have already removed. On my list almost are old DT. Few are new but they have also added by others DT1 before made final list. Feel free to share if you think someone should be remove from my trust list.

On my list not only Users that i have given or got Feedback !

It's fine, because before you wasn't on DT1. But now you are on DT1, and all of your custom list will be DT2 automatically. Since you are also on my trust list I will suggest to revise your custom list once again. Just keep them who are really aware about DT system and know how to use it. If they abuse the system, everyone will point you.

Note: This is just my opinion on what DT1 should be doing/general ethics. Others may disagree, and AFAIK there is no official forum policy.
I am fully agree with you. I have added especially who are helping investigate scams and who help prevent them. Also I add those peoples personally I trust them like suchmoon and you. You are in my list because I trust you with my fund. Still my fund with you Lol.

Why should we ask people to remove someone from their trust list? Isn't it better to exclude those whom you don't trust with their feedback? Problem solved.
It's ok to exclude them also. I can't ask everyone, but since ICOEthics  on my custom list, I think there is nothing wrong to ask him.

You are in my list because I trust you with my fund.
That's not why you should add someone to your trust list: if you trust someone with funds, leave him feedback.
If you trust his judgement (on others), add him to your trust list.

You are right. Not at all I have added for this reason. I just gave him example. Obviously I trust his judgment same like I add you for your judgment and those others on my trust list.

But the purpose of default trust system is to identify the scammers and untrustworthy people by the newbie,so if we have flaw in the system we are redirecting the newbie to trust the wrong person just because how the system works.

I can agree with everyone on this list except raymond541. He is my assistant(not a random bounty manager) whom has worked with me on campaigns for well over 2 years now. I trust his judgement personally but If the community disagrees I would probably be willing to remove him from my list. I will not agree to exclude him though as I have stated before I trust his judgement to this point.
That does not make him DT2 material. Given that he barely uses the system, it would be better to not have him there unless something changes IMO.

Simple, I don't want to have a list with 100+ exclusions (which might be necessary unless those people are removed (among others)). Undecided

It's ok to exclude them also. I can't ask everyone, but since ICOEthics  on my custom list, I think there is nothing wrong to ask him.
I didn't mean in that way.
You have included ICOEthics because his feedback is trustworthy to you. Assume, ICOEthics included user 'A' whom you don't trust with his feedback. ICOEthics may trust and that's why he has included. Since you don't trust user "A", simply put him ~A in your trust list. That's it. All the purpose will be fulfilled.
1. You want to see ICOEthics feedback.
2. You don't want to see user 'A' feedback.
3. ICOEthic wants to see user 'A' feedback.

I think that's how DT works.

DarkStar_
we know each other a little bit, I translated your thread into Russian.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5047016.0 (Original topic: Overview of Bitcoin Accepting Sportsbooks (with margin/house edge comparisons))

I've never left a review on this forum.
If I did something wrong, tell me.

My feedback to people I have known for more than six months.
Yes, they write in Russian.

My list includes a moderator, experts who help forum participants, people who investigate fraud.
What's wrong:
1) Not a single feedback has a reference.
2) Giving feedback for people you have "known for more than six months".
3) Giving feedback solely because you think someone is an "expert" or solely because they are a moderator.

FYI, you are already excluded several times so it doesn't matter anymore (taikuri13 (-3)).

What's wrong:
1) Not a single feedback has a reference.
2) Giving feedback for people you have "known for more than six months".
3) Giving feedback solely because you think someone is an "expert" or solely because they are a moderator.

Can you provide a proof-link about these words?
Where can I read the rules for feedback?
I can not. There are no rules. There are some guidelines but they are vague. Most of this stuff comes from implicit/explicit consensus on how you should handle yourself as a DT member. Were you ready to become one, you would have known this by now.

I'm not surprised
You are not DT material anyways; don't take it personally. One inclusion nowadays means nothing.

Maybe there's a proof-link on the blurry recommendations?
You are saying that I was wrong.
I want to know what my mistake is to prevent it in the future.
Either you don't understand English or you're wasting my time. I listed your mistakes:

What's wrong:
1) Not a single feedback has a reference.
2) Giving feedback for people you have "known for more than six months".
3) Giving feedback solely because you think someone is an "expert" or solely because they are a moderator.
There's no proof-link; don't be a nuisance.

Well...
Cryptopia was just hacked and many major crypto news publications are running stories including suspicions of an inside job..

Their main reps here are now on DT1 so I guess we will see how that goes..

I suggest they do not use their DT powers in any relation to this event, to tag "fudders" or whatever, and we should watch to make sure noone is intimidated about speaking about the situation..

I'm not suggesting they be excluded but I can just imagine what it would have been like if the cryptsy crew were on DT when that went down..
