Its not an unreasonable strategy to buy into a fall especially with the nature of Bitcoin price movements which suddenly move upwards without much warning or possible anticipation.    The cause of the fall for BTC price is surely still its unwinding from 2017 peak pricing, that still seems to be the overall dynamic.

Always consider underlying dynamics, I agree. The main driver of price is population of users to the ongoing block reward, so is BTC becoming any more scarce per unit distributed over users and holders of BTC.    If more scarce then at some point price will follow and we see a trend of rising prices occurring.

Im generally bullish so long as development of BTC is continuing and the focus remains on the world at large, not elitist interests but plain common people even the working poor should have a place in using BTC.   If thats true, I think BTC sees growth from billions of people it can help. 
The other point is dollar strength, at least long term I do not see this occurring

The value of bitcoin is staggering around $3k - $4k, there haven't been numerous progressions that have happened. In any case, some weeks prior value had ascended to $4k and after that fell once more, and now value is far underneath. No doubt, I think present market scenario is the ideal time to purchase. we need uplifting news to make the demand increase leading to the increase in the value of bitcoin.

I don't want to wait for another dip because there is no guarantee for us to see the dip will happen or not. It is better to use every chance we see in the market so we don't miss the good time to buy more bitcoin. All of us still don't know where is the dip of bitcoin price but one thing that we know that when bitcoin price is down, then that is a good time to buy bitcoin because in the next hours or days, the price will increase higher.

Well i doubt it. Unless it would be enough for you to profit little by little like let's say 3 to 5% every now and then. This upward movement in price has happened before and then just when hopes are all up, it dropped again.
