There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

And where it says the percentage of PoS? How to calculate it?

I believe it's about 50% per annum for staking (60% for a masternode).

Hi friends, I am interested in the Lindacoin Project and decided to invest.
I want to support the project since it seems very good to me.

With respect to the STAKE how many coins should I have to start having STAKE?

Another question is there a STAKE calculator?

Greetings from Venezuela. I hope your help soon

Welcome aboard Smiley

The more you stake the better but I believe 100K is considered the minimum recommended.
More info: https://github.com/TheLindaProjectInc/Documentation/blob/master/Linda/Staking.md

I don't know if there's a staking calculator available but it's a fairly simple calculation. You will receive rewards of approximately 50% of what you stake, per year. So, if you stake 1 million Linda, for example, you should receive approximately 500,000 Linda in staking rewards over the course of a year (assuming you don't stake your rewards too, in which case you will receive slightly more).

For a better answer than I can give you, I'd recommend joining the Linda Discord channel (here: https://discord.gg/g6EkgJ6 ). Most of the Linda devs and community are active on Discord.

A new wallet version is out- its not mandatory but will check more often for staking rewards, which should reduce the wait for a stake.

For full writeup check out Github https://github.com/TheLindaProjectInc/Linda/blob/master/doc/release-notes/release-notes-3.3.2.0.md

Altitude wallet will prompt for an update on opening and MyStakingWallet is already updated!

Please, don't rebrand this coin !
You guys don't even know what kind of mistake you make !
The same mistake happend when rebranding Vanilla Coin into Vcash.
Linda Coin has already cult status in Germany, if you rebrand I'm 100 % sure top investors will soon leave.
Also don't let it look like this coin is destroyed by purpose.

Why Cryptopia still being listed in the Exchange list? It is already announced it bankruptcy. It even can not estimate when the people funds could be recovered and what percentage of different coins people could receive.

It's just a rebrand; no coins to convert.

Do you have the latest wallet installed?

All of the devs and support guys hang out in Discord. It takes seconds to join and you'll get an answer to any questions you have much more quickly (usually within minutes). Discord invite: https://discord.gg/g6EkgJ6

I must admit, I was reluctant to join Discord initially too but, since I have, I can see the reason why it was chosen. It's much more difficult to provide support information in a single forum thread such as this. And because nobody ever reads the entire thread, you're continuously answering the same questions over and over again. Discord has multiple channels to 'categorise' and prioritise discussions and it has bots that can be 'summoned' to answer the most commonly asked questions instantly. So, understandably, the devs/support staff focus on Discord and don't really have the time to check-in on all the crypto forums.

thank you for your your response.
i have still used version 3.1.0.1.
now i have installed this new "altitude" version which seems to be the newest.
i will see if it works after downloading the whole bootstrap again.
(it would be nice to have an official link for the latest bootstrap to download it quicker!)

Version version 3.1.0.1 is 8 months old. You need to update your wallet.

Here's the Discord bot info (in response to the .bootstrap command):
