Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Scam is not moderated and hence he wouldn't get a ban unless he brokes a forum rule. Second, I think he just want to keep up discussion about those coins. It's not like he is the one plotting behind those coins.

In one thread I can only see him translating ANN. Other one I am not able to understand the translation. One of them is deleted after you reported (maybe because of multiple ANN).

Please check links, we warned him a few months ago but he didn't stop. Banning or tagging, it doesn't matter but he should be punished.

Oh I get the picture now. If you have included the medium post in main post then would have already got it. Those Turkish - English translations confused me so much. Anyway seems like a legit accusation and will tag now.
