[TEK] TEKcoin Hi-PoS hybrid pos/pow

SHA-256 Algo
1 coin per block (PoW)
1 minute per block  
Variable POS reward  
Stake reward based on PPC code
Stake active in 30 days max maturity 90
Max PoS reward 500% yearly

Mint up to 40%* interest on your TEKcoin balance after every 30+ day
(reward for coin-year is cut in half every 64x multiply of PoS difficulty)

My proposals:
No more PoW mining,
max drift time change from 2 hours to 10 min,
max PoS reward 1,000,000.00
