I agree, the guarantor has to be present in each team and in each project, only from where to take how many known and reliable people
Here the aspect of trust and reputation is very important. We need to find such a person who would have absolute confidence in all market participants. |

this is really a stupid idea to look for a guarantor,I think it is almost impossible and if you create a project, you should not rely on someone's help, but only on yourself and your team |

On the one hand, I understand that on their own most of the small projects simply will not be able to get on the stock exchange not only at the top level, but even at the second or third class. theoretically - this idea is not stupid,and has the right to exist,but in practice this scheme is very difficult to implement |
