My top 5 concerns would be as follows (in no particular order though):

1. License (As mentioned above, this produces trust; if you don't have some trust to start, good luck)
2. Security (Crypto gambling sites are huge targets, either through hacking or exploitation. Make sure you have QAd and secured your application BEFORE going live - a early attack could be devastating to casino's launch)
3. Initial Funds (The house may be unlucky w/ early users, be prepared for this)
4. A good withdrawal system (Nothing ruins a casino's trust if users aren't able to get their money out)
5. Good games & promotions (There are honestly so many casino's now a days. Be prepared to produce something that sets yourself apart)

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.
