I can't say that some websites have exclusive featured and others don't... Btw it will be better if you accept altcoins, quick exchange, instant deposit/withdrawals, quick bets, friendly and active support... Oh, wide choice of games too, what can I say more?

Live support would be the best, however this will cost alot more than an ticket based system. If u would go with a ticket based system I would set a max amount of time per ticket, so users get a reply within 24 hours or something. Don't let your users wait weeks for a reply, contact must be quick and easy.

Agree. I guess those sites who remain in the field for so long has one thing in common, they are provably fair on-line gaming sites. If you have doubts then you can easily verify if they indeed are fair. I also like sites that regularly gives bonus, transparent with the user based, maybe active here in the forum to answer queries and issues and of course, withdrawals doesn't take that long, waiting period is minimal to say the least.

Bro he answered your question straightly License is pretty important for players to trust a gambling site even online Bitcoin gambling sites needs licenses to operate legally. Most of the gambling sites I know are operating in a Island territory called Curacao as they give aways licenses easily the only catch is you need to be operating in their country. Other than that what makes a gambling site trustworthy is their system reliability and lack of scandal it surely makes a gambling site more popular knowing that they are performing at their 100%.

Did you assume that they just hand out their licenses to anyone? They won't even be approved by the Curacao Licensing Authority if they haven't provided any proof of capital such as income statement. Even if you see a lot of e-game gambling sites are registered to Curacao they still have a strict process on who they hand out their licenses as every time a Curacao licensed gambling site scams someone their name are also associated with that gambling so they just won't approve anyone just for money.

You need 3 things:

1.- License. The best way for this is the Curacao license from costa rica.
2.- BankRoll. Y the house doesn't have money, then how you will pay to the customers.
3.- A provably fair engine. Just to make it fair for all.

With that base the business could have nice success

Having problem with the law is first thing ones must first consider before launching a gambling site which accept crypto or fiat currency and after this the bankroll is also every important because the level of a gambling site bank roll is what some gambler watch out for before playing.
Therefore, I will advice to seek a legal practitioner in your country which have experience with online/offline and crypto/fiat related gambling site laws first.

Maybe that doesn't care for you but casino really needs a license. In crypto world it's a little bit different, a lot of them has curacao license which to my mind doesn't mean much. But still owning of license means much in people's eye.
