There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Yeah, it looks that account changed hands. After long break he just started to post in Goods section only.
But I don't think that you need to create topics for cases like this one. You're DT member, you can just tag this account as you already did. Unless you want that he will be also tagged by other DT members.

If we consider just the posting gap or the posting style of this guy, then this account seems to have been hacked twice. One should have been in 2017 and other one is 2019.

Going by his post history, the original Luno account seems to be an old miner from 2011. He should have started mining btc at the end of 2011 when the price was around $4/coin. He went offline on 2014. All of a sudden the account became active in 2017 and enrolled in a signature campaign for a payrate of 0.0003/post and started spamming with his bullshit one-liners. Spamming continued until the account was further hacked for the second time after 4 months. After a gap of 2 years, a scammer took over the account and started scamming poor newbies.  Cry

P.S The original Luno has received 144.86189425 BTC till now and probably would be a millionaire by now. He won't scam others for $75
Luno's original wallet : https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/12ozZFVw3UKEymiq3RDmrVBfnYvYPk2g6K

Painting him red is the only way to get rid of this scammer.  Tongue

Most likely account has been sold or hacked. Posting style has been changed as well.
No, it's a confirmed Hacked account.

Just wanted to chime in and say a lot of miners dumped their coins and very few people actually held through all the dips and crashes bitcoin went through.  Just because someone was here in 2011 doesn't mean they are rich.

@xitrum, I'm sorry if I jumped to the conclusion that you sold a bitcointalk account.  If the account you sold was a google cloud account that wasn't clear in your post, and you didn't leave a reference link in your review of Luno.  Can you prove the account you sold was a google cloud account, and not a bitcointalk account?  If you can, I'll remove my rating.

I don't think xitrum is disputing whether Luno is or is not a sold account.  Xitrum is claiming that he sold a google cloud account to Luno, not a bitcointalk account.  If that's true, I will remove my negative feedback for xitrum.

Who was it that offered to sell you the Luno account?

Forgive me for not understanding your (and xitrum's) English.  I understand now, and I've removed my review of xitrum.  Not that it matters much, I'm not DT2.  Xitrum really needs to convince Lauda, which shouldn't be too hard now that things have been cleared up.

Still now people's are getting scam by Luno, I have seen more accusation even this user got tag from multiple  DT members. Wondering how is it possible. They was guest or not logged in? Otherwise they are not noticed or avoid DT tag. That's the problem, people's don't care about DT tag/opinion then get scam. But interesting is victim will blame to DT and its happened. There is no way that we can stop scammer except tagging him. But who will stop greedy people's?
