Technically, they do not do anything and even their whitepaper does not explain anything only their hope and dream about what Stellar Lumen weakness nothing more than that. This project looks exactly same like Wavesx and ETCV. Their whitepaper looks similar to one and another, talking about other project weakness and flaw then talking about how they fix it.
