It is what brings more convenience to PlayBetr customers. Internal transactions are cheaper (in side of fees) and credits tend to be faster (I guess). By the way, because we are discussing about it, so please let me ask you some questions:
- Does the feature allow PlayBetr customers use credit cards to buy bitcoin that is stored on the reserved pool of PlayBetr?
- If it is, the bitcoin transactions will be internal so that customers' transaction and credits will be faster (because it is internal ones)?
- Are there any difference between the internal and external transaction fees on PlayBetr?

I deposited 600$ and I withdrawed them after few hours (only 500$).
Next I deposited 2000$. Then I played slot and I won 400$ from slot. now I want to withdraw my won amount (400$) still didn't complete.

Did you have a txhash of your withdrawal (I guess you have it).

If there is a txhash for your withdrawal and the transaction has not been confirmed by miners on the network, it is because of the network or maybe because of fees that was included by PlayBetr.

The bitcoin network has more unconfirmed transaction count 16 hours ago but it is falling lately. https://jochen-hoenicke.de/queue/#1,24h so that your withdrawal will be confirmed soon (if there is available txhash).

You can copy and paste your txhash to the end of the link https://blockchair.com/bitcoin/transaction/ and see priority of your unconfirmed transaction.

They didn't gave me any transaction hash or txid. I didn't received nothing. Now Live support didn't reply me. Also, I created ticket , management team didn't reply (14 hours passed).  You can see screenshot of my post. Any player can be easy withdraw money anytime. But they didn't send me txhash or anything. Operator told : " This is management's hands, it will be done soon", but passed 14 hours now. I cancelled my first withdrawal , I created new withdrawal 1 hours 30 minutes ago. This is not deposit amount. I withdraw only my won amount (400$). Also, you can see my balance on screenshot.

We were also unable to find a withdrawal that was more than 2 hours old.  WE did not find one that was 14 hours old and you have continued to play substantially throughout the last 14 hours.  Please let us know if we are missing something as we do not see any outstanding withdrawals.

This website withdrawals didn't automatic, manual. Taked a lot of time. also, I waited still 12 hours 40 minutes for withdrawal.
That's why I cancelled previous withdrawal and created new withdrawal ( already passed 40 minutes+)

I don't know what happened and how the case was solved but there is a part for special requirements on withdrawals

8.10 In addition, you agree that if Playbetr (in its absolute discretion) requires further verification of your identity that Playbetr can send an email to your registered email address, requesting copies of two of the following documents, one of which must show your date of birth: birth certificate, driving license, passport, signed credit agreement, national identity card, utility bill or bank statement (less than 3 months old), which will need to be provided to Playbetr in order to complete Playbetr’s verification process.
