They are running a long time running campaign which I think doing good since the owner sustain it. But if you have any suggestions in mind about marketing and promotion best to post it here so that they can read it and maybe they will implement the given ideas if it can really help the site.

Usually when you google them, you read some negative stories, but so far I could not detect any. Afaik once you make a deposit, it will be converted into chip/pbr.
The rate of chip is the same as USD (fiat) IMO so once your deposit is confirmed then you will have stable balance as it is in chip/pbr = in usd rate.
Your balance will remain the same no matter what is happening to the rate of the coins you use to deposit.
Once you want to withdraw, you will have to write number in chip/pbr and your withdrawal will be sent using the latest rate of the coin.
Correct me if I'm wrong.
