Of course, We have seen a big fall down of ETH price on market at the end of 2018. This much low price make us little nervous. So,ETH should show its potentiality on 2019 tether ETH will lose its popularity. Because, everyone has a good expectation on ETH.

I agree that this year will be difficult for the etherium. There are a lot of competitors. They all develop rapidly. If the team is not able to quickly improve its platform, then ethereum will be hard in the future.
I don't think so that the team of eth didn't have their improvement platform become optimized, only that market really have struggles that's why we see such problems of cheap price. Yes this year become so challenging with ethereum, but it doesn't mean we're going to give up. This days is our chances to buy eth and save while the price was too low, because in the coming days during pumping time we will potentially see higher price increase in the market which could fill us up with profit. |

I think that Ethereum will start to grow only when the cryptocurrency market starts to grow and new investors will come, who will invest in cryptocurrencies and ICO.

Well at the end of 2018 all coins were falling and not only Ethereum, I think this year will be very negative for all coins, but so far I see some positive news in Ethereum! |

Ethereum was too strong on end of 2017, the price went crazy to $1.4k but then sad things happened and the price went down under the $100 lines and braked all of us. And yes, this should be challenging year for the Ethereum because its price already lost too much and the ETH lost the second place to Ripple in coinmarketcap. It has to be get up and it should happen fast.
Don't forget bitcoih get same condition too, went crazy and then slowly down again and for me as long it not reach price that when they first launched in market, i still think that it is ok because ETH still have good things in future. |

Some of these issues are going to be solved by the upcoming Constantinople upgrade in February which will lower block rewards and gas fees and also make the platform easier to develop for along with other important features, and provided it all goes smoothly there shouldn't be any negative effects on either value derived from or future adoption of apps on the network

Looking at the price of ethereum today, it does makes many people sad, cause compared to 2017 the current price is so much low.
But i really hope that the hardfork could give some more strength for ethereum to be rising again.

You have a good point but truth is almost all the market is going to face a tough season. Most projects will be dead if no bullrun in mid 2019. Lots of projects already dead. So, it's not only Ethereum for a single reason.
I think you are right mate. It is not only Ethereum that is affected by the downtrend or tough season because all are affected right after Bitcoin's price started to fall. All coins, tokens will also fall like a domino effect. Ethereum is great and has strong community, developers, users and adoption. Here in my country, we can even convert our local fiat currency into Ethereum and vice versa. Ethereum will remain the best Altcoin for me. |

Many ICO still use ethereum for their token (erc20), and i think ethereum still survive on this year. Just wait and see how ethereum will go in this year

ETH is still decreasing and it still faces the very drastic drops and collapse. I could not figure out where do you see stable growth for ETH.
It has lost from it`s market share a lot. In January 2018 the price of ETH was 10% of BTC price and today is 3.3%.
ETH is struggling for more than a year, but 2019 should be the year for new upgrades and recovery for Ethereum.
