As per the forum rules... no, this behaviour is not allowed.

I suspect this scammer believes they have found a way around the bumping rule by continually posting, deleting and re-posting the same ANN thread over and over. They should definitely be banned. Keep using the "Report to moderator" link.

Just some advice... please use an archiving tool like archive.is or similar to archive these threads...

As far as I can see, the thread has already been deleted... so, despite your quotes, I can't verify if that user actually posted that thread. Not that it really matters I guess, tagging newbie accounts is relatively pointless. Getting the threads/posts removed is more effective.

You might also want to consider creating a thread in "Scam Accusations" indicating that the this TRX airdrop and medium.com/@BitTorrent site is fake. Most users tend to look in there to check if projects are known scams etc.
