Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

This transaction has 34 confirmations, if it's not showing up in your wallet, there must be something wrong with either your wallet, or the address you gave to your friend.

1) which wallet are you using
2) can you doublecheck that the address 3GHTNBPcmeBioGGJiVGsSAZHNsmwGTiPmo is generated as a deposit address by your wallet

okay, but that doesn't really answer my questions... So i'll repeat them:
1) which wallet are you using
2) are you sure address "3GHTNBPcmeBioGGJiVGsSAZHNsmwGTiPmo" belongs to your wallet

It's a m00t point tough, like bernardos already found out: the funds funding your wallet address in tx 7414460b7e1daa35ed4c2955f12a647863abc8c50e21a8adf5a13babf8179bcd were already spent and the spending tx was included 2 blocks ago... There are 3 options:
1) you're using some kind of web wallet that just generates a deposit address for their hot wallet, tracks incoming transaction and keeps an internal database of funds attached to your username
2) the problem was fixed, and you already sent the funds somewhere else
3) you were hacked... Either you have a copy/paste virus, somebody has your wallet seed, your web wallet credentials were hacked (phised),...

If you didn't spend the ~0.32 BTC input that funded address 3GHTNBPcmeBioGGJiVGsSAZHNsmwGTiPmo in transaction 7414460b7e1daa35ed4c2955f12a647863abc8c50e21a8adf5a13babf8179bcd, you just lost 0.32 BTC i'm afraid.
There are a couple fake electrum versions floating around the net, so you either downloaded a fake wallet, your computer is infected with malware or somebody has access to your recovery seed, xprv or the private key that was used to calculate address 3GHTNBPcmeBioGGJiVGsSAZHNsmwGTiPmo
Older versions of electrum have a vulnerability that would allow a hacker to steal your funds if you visit an infected webpage while electrum is running an unencrypted wallet, but this vulnerability was fixed a long time ago...

It seems that some control your wallet if this wallet 3GHTNBPcmeBioGGJiVGsSAZHNsmwGTiPmo is yours and you did nothing someone already send the bitcoin again to other bitcoin address.

Look at this https://www.blockchain.com/btc/tx/a5a92970a0d41433856b8e450ee009f93f465f77e701c4f267aa93f53a6128f2

It already has 3 confirmation and I think you can't recover them back.

Where did you download the Electrum wallet?

Much better to install a wallet which is from official website from here https://electrum.org/ and make sure your PC is clean and safe.

I don't recommend to use your old wallet generate a new electrum wallet to clean PC for your safety.

For now, there is no way to reverse back the transaction and I think someone knows your private key.

How is 3GHTNBPcmeBioGGJiVGsSAZHNsmwGTiPmo generated by Electrum If it's not a multi-signature wallet? I thought for SegWit it's generating bc1 only. You could verify If you control that address in the console by the following command:

Code:
ismine('3GHTNBPcmeBioGGJiVGsSAZHNsmwGTiPmo')

The command should return 'true'.

so you either downloaded a fake wallet, your computer is infected with malware
I would bet on this two. This happening too often.
Knowledge about security and common computer hygiene should be spread more in crypto era we have now.

No. It can be an nested Segwit address, which can easily be created on Segwit by changing the derivation path when importing a wallet seed, or even an 2FA wallet provided by TrustedCoin.

I check your wallet address and I found this that you sent BTC to other addresses. Is it all yours? If not then it means someone know your wallet address private key. This is the link and it's filtered to sent transactions only - https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/3GHTNBPcmeBioGGJiVGsSAZHNsmwGTiPmo?filter=1#

I see your BTC address start with 3, a bitcoin address which starts with 3 has multisignature, so it need 3 private keys.
On the block explorer I see your bictoin first went to your address, then after few hours went to different address.
Do you own these addresses?
If no, you need to check your PC security and hope your wallet wasn’t hack by someone, make sure no one has your private key before send BTC.
