The reason we use a link shortner is solely for statistical reasons. We understand the dangers of clicking on random links, however, for the moment our marketing campaign requires statistical evidence of certain forums. Also, my understanding was that you can't hide referral links behind shorteners and you can't use any shortener that redirects to an ad. I will review our option and change the links promptly.
