Steemit appoints a new boss, hopefully, they'll do something about returning the platform to its former glory, because as things stand, it's a joke.

yeah, hopefully, and I hope there will be a cleanup for those who only make writing about the project. it's no longer a good thing but has become spam. I if I wish I wanted, steemit like Medium which tightens article writing so steemit can be the quality of the platform.

I think the obvious reason for abrupt changes in steemit project and downsizing policy is that the platform has not been able to earn decent revenues so i think the new ceo should find ways to create ad places and partnerships that would result in more income for steemit.

nice to know yes steemit is dowing so poorley last year comparing to the steemit of the 2017 but the real problem for mass adoption in the steem blockchain is account creation

Steemit has did well  i don't think it can affect them positively team make a project developed they are working together and they  made decision together

Now Steemit its not providing good profit so there is lot of internal problem is going on so that's way they recruit new boss .CBNT is upcoming project same like steem this one will give good profit .

People invested into Steemit and used the platform because they thought that this platform is decentralized medium, but after they start with banning accounts that posted inappropriate content, it was shown how, in fact, the project is centralized. Very, very bad decision from Steemit. And now they changed the boss? Again, centralization  .

Maybe the boss change will have a good impact on the company and he will want to make Steemit truly decentralized. We don't know what changes he's going to make.

Hopefully there will be some improvements, but frankly speaking the hype around steemit has already gone and I doubt the new boss will be able to resurrect the project from the hell after all that accusations about centralization.
