So tomo we will have the 1st T20 match of India vs Bangladesh series. Though with Shakib Hasan being out for a year now things may not be that same for the team and find it difficult to cope up with India. But hopefully some good match could be witnessed.

Anyone watching the Ireland vs Namibia match? Ireland started off really well, but the slower Namibian bowlers causing a lot of trouble now. They are struggling at 106/5 after 15 overs. Remember that Ireland had a horrible tournament so far, losing to teams such as the United Arab Emirates, Canada and the Netherlands. They need to start playing like a nation with test status and not like an associate side.

Shakib al Hasan was their main player and since he is not in the team i am not expecting any close matches and i expect India to dominate the entire series and i expect India to experiment new players in the team and prepare the team for the world cup and this is the best opportunity to give youngsters the opportunity in the upcoming series against West Indies, Srilanka, Zimbabwe and Australia before leaving to New Zealand.

Just watch out for Warner, he is in beast mode in the T-20 format this year. Sri Lankan team failed to get his wicket in the recent games so my best wishes to Pakistan but i am counting on Pak's unpredictable reputation, let's not embarrass me.  Grin

PS : Not Sarcasm

Considering the squad that they played against CA XI, I think they should be able to beat Australia 1-2 matches. Amir is really good in bowling in T-20's. He is known for building pressure and economical bowling.

Will be good to watch Amir vs Warner. Not only Warner , there is Smith and the other batsman in top order. Will be a good series, not like Aus vs SL one :p

Didn't check pakistan squad for this tour. but historically their bowling is not a big problem, Batting is and i have my doubt if their batsmen can effectively face likes of Starc and Cummins. let's hope Pakistan batsmen take the responsibility here and not rely only on Babar.

Highly unlikely in my opinion. I know that Pakistan is one of the best T-20 sides out there, but Australia are in supreme form at the moment and they look like they might mow down any team currently unless they get rattled.

Amir and Shaheen are the only big threats(Bowling wise) while Azam and Sohail are the batsmen to look out for. Unless Pakistan work together as a team(Without Sarfraz), Australia will win this series easily.

The advantage is with Australia and there is no doubt about it. However, considering the fact that Pakistan have won more than 80% of their T20 matches during the last 2-3 years (a majority of them abroad), it would be foolish from the Australian side to take them lightly. In T20, just one big innings or a single good over can change the course of the match.

BTW which sportsbook do you use for cricket. I don't find much cricket events in mine one so have to bet on other sports.

Sorry bud, I was offline for last consecutive few days. It's sportsbet.io is my first choice and then I have others but no much with them. Tomorrow India vs Bangladesh. I am back in the game again :-P

I do agree with it as Pakistan have a good bowling attack and the Australian team batting is focused on three main players mainly Finch, Warner and Smith and if the Pakistan bowlers can be successful in taking their wicket then they have a young batting line up and it is a good combination and Pakistan too have some young players in the team and i expect it to be a good series and hopefully get good odds  Cheesy.

Historically, Pakistan used to have the best pace attack among the Asian teams. They used to have genuine fast bowlers such as Wasim Akram, Waqar Younis and Shoaib Akhtar, when India and Sri Lanka used to depend on medium pacers. Even now, the Pakistani pace attack is among the best in the world. I am talking about Amir, Riaz, Irfan, Usman Shinwari, Hasan Ali.etc. Even the younger bowlers are really impressive. I once saw Mohammad Hasnain bowling at 151 kmph.

Amir is my pick among them though my favorite pace bowler these days just like the majority is 'Boom Boom Bumrah'. Even West Indian legends like Vivian Richards were impressed with his bowling action and his fiery pace.

Amir is one of those rare examples of a player who was able to bounce back spectacularly even after getting banned due to fixing etc. These 2 round up my favorite pace bowlers among the sub-continent teams.

The last match of the ICC Men's T20 World Cup Qualifier 2019 has just started. The final match is being played between Papua New Guinea and the Netherlands. The former is playing in the finals for the first time, and are relatively unknown outside their country. On the other hand, Netherlands is one of the more well known associate sides, having defeated England twice in the T20 format.

The Dutch playing XI includes a number of familiar names, such as Ryan ten Doeschate (Kolkata Knight Riders), Roelof van der Merwe (Royal Challengers Bangalore), Colin Ackermann (Leicestershire), Tobias Visee (Vancouver Knights), Paul van Meekeren (Somerset) and Timm van der Gugten (Hobart Hurricanes/Glamorgan).

Pakistan always had great bowlers and Amir was showing real potential when the burst on to the scene when he was in his early teens and now he retired from Test matches to concentrate on the shorter formats and everyone was impressed by Amir and so is the case with Bumrah as they are bowling a good line and length consistently at good pace.

Amir is one of those rare examples of a player who was able to bounce back spectacularly even after getting banned due to fixing etc. These 2 round up my favorite pace bowlers among the sub-continent teams.
If you watched Amir in the past he was swinging the ball at extreme pace before his ban but on returning back he was not able to get that swing he used to get in the past but still he is bowling well and hopefully improve.

I think that was the past and if considering they still are the best in terms of pace attack in bowlers in Asian countries do not think so because if you see their life span in cricket of a particular bowlers in no more than five years where they can continue being the good bowler.

So tomo we will have the 1st T20 match of India vs Bangladesh series. Though with Shakib Hasan being out for a year now things may not be that same for the team and find it difficult to cope up with India. But hopefully some good match could be witnessed.
I think missing Shakib is a very big blow for Bangladesh team he is the best all rounder world has seen. He can be your main front-line spinner with the ball and can be a dependable middle order batsmen whenever you need. Bangladesh team looks a bit hollow without him on the side. The batting might be able to cope up but the spin attack looks really inexperienced without him. While the Indian side is as usual in their top form. Really there is nothing you can do right to beat them you have to depend upon them to do something terrible and lose.

Netherlands is looking to win this final. They have wickets in hands and they need only around 40 runs in last five overs. I have followed most of the matches in this qualifier series but very few of them are being close contested. The final is looking to the interesting as anticipated and I vote for Dutch to win it.  Smiley

Before the first ball being balled everyone is expecting a white wash and if Bangladesh wants to perform and upset a formidable Indian line up they need to sweat a lot, India is not playing with Bumrah or Bhuvi and India will be giving more opportunities for the young players but with the Indian players in top form it is highly unlikely to see any upsets in any matches. Without Shakib it is highly unlikely they will even chase 150 runs with the bowling line up India has.

Welcome Back Royse. Smiley
Meanwhile Pakistan Women cricket team has beaten all three T20 matches in Lahore against Bangladesh and also looking to white wash them in ODIs too.
They are a better side then Pakistan Men squad and i wish they could go to Australia  instead of the Men cricket team to give some tough time to Aussies  Wink

Pakistan had some of the best swing bowlers in world cricket and they developed reverse swing and introduced it to world cricket, i have not seen the current bowlers in action other than the recent world cup and i am looking forward to the Australian series to see the Pakistani performance as i was not able to watch the entire matches when Sri Lanka white washed them.

There are some chances for match to be called off due to polluted air conditions; Always those schedulers for cricket matches go crazy. They choose England for world cup for its early summer which enforced lots of matched got abandoned. Now it is festival time in India and one of a Delhi match had experienced some play-offs due to breathing problems to players still a match is scheduled in a same venue around the festivals.

I guess out of Ind vs Ban, India must be the favorites still it is going to be a T20I clash and it could be anyone's day. I will bet on India as I do risk on favorites always.

Have you seen any matches of Australian women's and they are the best team in women's cricket right now and if you think that the Pakistan women's team can challenge the Australian team then you are wrong, i have seen many encounters in the past and i am yet to see them defeat Australia as they have a really good team and dominate most of the team in world cricket Wink.
