I would like to give huge credit to the Tanzanian bowlers for their victory in this match.  Had the bowlers not performed so well, it would never have been possible for them to win this zero competitive match.
The bowling econ of each of their bowlers seems to have played a Test match as most of their bowlers had an econ of less than four and their wickets were also very good. And also if we look at the points table then Tanzania team is at the top and they have not lost even one of their four matches which is actually a positive sign that they are going to do better in the future.

New Zealand Women's team played three Twenty20 matches against Australia Women's team where they lost all three matches. The New Zealand women's cricketers may want to forget the tour of Australia as their achievements here were completely nil. Hosts Australia secured a 5 wicket win in the third and final T20I but Australia Women had to bat in 19.1 overs to pull off the win against New Zealand Women. It wouldn't have surprised me at all if Australia had fought against an easier opponent and Australia had won all the matches in that series, but the fact that Australia had New Zealand women's team as their opponent and they beat this New Zealand women's team in all the matches is definitely surprising. Every player of Australia women's team performed brilliantly and every player performed their duties well from their respective positions, that's why they got such a good result against New Zealand women's team. 

New Zealand Women did not have any results in this series, they only toured Australia and played three Twenty20 matches against Australia and lost all three matches.

The T20I series between Ireland and South Africa will be starting tomorrow at Abu Dhabi. The first match will be played at the Zayed Cricket Stadium. The series consist of 2 T20I matches and 3 ODIs. Anyway, it is good that they refrained from hosting the matches in Ireland. If they had done that, then in all probability the matches would be washed out. Ireland is not in the best form for the last 2-3 years and I expect the Proteas to whitewash the series. Still there is some hope that young players such as Harry Tector and Lorcan Tucker will put up a good show this time.

I think United Arab Emirates cricket team love to play t20 cricket format because it really suit them due to his aggressive batting behavior which make them more danger compared to any others team and that why we have decent results of them compared to any other format where they usually face huge collapse in thier batting orders and they unable to build a long innings which usually required in that long format. and thus thier aggressive behavior push them to go for a charge and this his wicket. I got confused when I entered this thread in the beginning, ODI match with Namibia and United Arab Emirates was held today, but the discussion is here. I thought for once that there was a t20 match between them, now it seems that there is a discussion about the ODI series here, although it is a t20 discussion thread.
However I agree with you that UAE can play T20 as a strong team but they could not setup a good batting lineup for odi format. And this opportunity was taken very well by the Namibian Bolas and took the revenge of the match on September 20.
