As all the communication and the process are automated there’s no need for middlemen. We are the bridge that will connect the job seekers and employers. Our platform is the only thing that is needed, but it is not the same case in the current recruitment industry. There are various consultancies and portals.

We ensure privacy with our consensus protocol. When an employer wants to access the information of a particular candidate, he/she is notified. The employer can access it only when the candidate approves.

 Imagine having a cupboard where all your clothes are mixed up. And you have loads of clothes. Wouldn’t it be confusing and time-consuming to find a particular dress? On the other hand, how easy it would be to have all your clothes grouped.

The same applies to recruitment as well. Skill communities are nothing but verified professionals who are segregated based on their location and skills. So it makes easy for recruiters to search only the relevant skill communities that comply with the recruiters’ parameters.
