Likely to get paid out my next 3 GRIN on f2pool within the next 24 hours - allowing me to jump ship. Judging by https://miningpoolstats.stream/grin-c29 it seems that grinmint is the place to go. Can anyone speak to that pool having stabilized, and no longer having payout issues ?

Bob try sparkpool ffs dude, & if you don't like it THEN switch to grinmint. Just don't bind it to exchange. It has 1 Grin minimum withdraw.
Did you try the miner?

Sparkpool is Chinese. Would rather not support Chinese outfits... for... reasons. Did you try the miner?
Did not get a chance to try the miner you recommended yet. I'm at the "if it ain't broke, don't fix it stage" with the 2080ti rig at the moment.

Agree, grinmint is fine, apart from the rewards payout. It reports a lower graph rate, than any other pool - using with the same hardware. I would love to support it also (being the official), but I will go for the most shares. You can check this difference for yourself, if you switch pool of course. # If I'm not mistaken, that screenshot is getting 17 G/s via two 2080ti's. Just launched nbminer, and it would appear that bminer is more optimal so far, for the 2080ti. https://i.imgur.com/r3vSTnW.jpgvs I don't know, I saw on the link I sent you the other day that screenshot and report, and send it for you to try and verify. I don't own a 2080ti, but their latest version supposedly gives a special boost to Turing cards (2080ti).

Not 30% faster for GRIN. bminer is actually faster after comparing the two. NB-Miner was a full 1 G/s slower compared to bminer on the 2080ti.

Nevertheless, it's trying to optimize Turing card special features. Bminer is still the fastest ATM. I would keep an eye on this one if where you.

the pool reported rate tends to wander, thats for sure. right now here is what the pool vs bminer say: win10 rig (1070/1070ti/1080ti) around 80% PL pool: 15.6 g/s bminer: 14.3 g/s ubuntu rig (1080ti) 100% PL (stock) pool: 5.6 g/s bminer 7.9 7.1 g/s go figure. but since im lazy and grinmint works i just stay.

Appreciate the perspective. Enough to convince me to have my 1080ti gaming rig jump ship and starting mining on grinmint later tonight, while the f2pool 2080ti worker wraps up its payment threshold. Thank you. EDIT: Sorry Hairy. We're cluttering up your thread with inane mining banter. Will make sure to move further discussion to the proper GRIN thread @ https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5090427.0

All right. I will give it a try then. I was on grinmint for 3 days (16-19), and trying sparkpool felt it rewarded better. The reported rate fluctuates at any pool. It's the current miners and cuckoo to blame. # ubuntu rig (1080ti) 100% PL (stock) pool: 5.6 g/s bminer 7.9 7.1 g/s
If that's average, it's low. # Sorry Hairy. We're cluttering up your thread with inane mining banter. Will make sure to move further discussion to the proper GRIN thread.
That's an option. But since we were talking about bench marking and not something general, we could have also had it here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5104296.0# KuCoin sell wall has been going on for ever.

It might make a small bounce, however this bear market is taking everything down with it. Grin will not be an exception, sadly.
However, this is also good because we can take the bagholders attitude and buy more while it is cheap hehehe.

Bear market? Nah.
Bitcoin has puddled sideways since Grin was born. If we break 200WMA and stay down, then yeah, different discussion.
