Hello guys,

I am working on one new crowd sale project and I am concern regarding legal parts of ICO projects.

I have found couple of cases where USA institution is going after ICO projects.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

There have been multiple ICOs which have been conducted till now. There are diverse views on the legal aspects, and whether existing securities regulations apply to ICOs. You can find a summary here

ICO crowd sale starts on 15th February 2019. The CarnaLife Token is developed on the Ethereum platform. This makes it fully-compatible with ERC-20 token standard

And what did you want in a trade-free trade? There is no control here and everyone acts at their own peril and risk, and governments, including it becomes easier to behave like extortionists.

Where is your place? Are you starting this project from USA?

So many country has no regulations yet about ICO's. So you can start your project and restrict to joining for USA citizen. But you still make your research. It is about law and regulations. A mistake will be bad for your.
