Your title is not even true. Binance isn't the first exchange with fiat>>crypto. You just woke up, or you don't know how to see beyond your nose.
Institutional players aren't coming into the crypto market, it's the opposite. Most tokens are overvalued because of people speculating (without knowing in what they're investing in...)

Speculators have brought the price of bitcoin up to insane levels as well.  None of these coins have any real use besides speculation which is fine.  People love to speculate and I'm sure these tokens and altcoins will pump even harder during the next bull run.

I am wondering if the OP made this post to shill binanace probably it would fit the service section of the forum.
And in my own opinion this is not a perfect time to join cryptocurrency well there is nothing like a perfect time to join.
